Fuel Charge
A Fuel Charge will be added to your invoice if the property to be photographed is more than 40 miles away from our office in Finksburg, MD. An additional $0.55 will be charged per mile outisde of this radius. *Full mileage will be charged for properties in Baltimore City and Washington D.C.

Community Photo Charge
